Manoj Singh is Chairman/Managing Director/Founder of Radiant Innovation Society. Manoj Singh, a young entrepreneur of Varanasi, wants to utilize the modern Technology to the fullest. He has a Bachelor Degree in Science; Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Science; Master Degree in Information Technology; Bachelor of Education and LLB along with 20 Years of experience in E-Governance and Software development. With his expertise he provides assistance to both the central and state govt. in some of the projects they launch from time to time. His foresightedness has helped the organization to come to the present level. He always encourages young blood. Radiant Innovation Society has grown into an exemplary organization under his able and dynamic leadership, guidance and sustained efforts.

Mrs. Pooja Singh is working as a Management & Financial Audit consultant and also as Manager/Secretary to the organization. Mrs. Singh has specialization in Financial Management Information System Planning and in executing large Govt. & Private projects in Social Sector through Internet/Intranet. Mrs. Pooja Singh has been a pioneer in developing E-Governance projects for Governments Departments. Mrs. Singh leads the Technical Software Team of Radiant Innovation Society and looks after all the Social Development Projects.

Vision

Revival, Modernization and Integration of Indian traditional Medicinesin clinical Practice.

  • To educate students about the significance of herbal medicines which has been proved a major healthcare provider around the globe particularly in rural and remote areas.
  • To make them aware of its specific importance for their primary healthcare mainly in the underdeveloped and developing countries.
  • To ensure cost effective, easily available, better physiological compatible traditional systems of medicine.
  • To adopt holistic approach to avert problems related to allopathic medicines and provide the basic healthcare to all.
  • To provide sustainable use of medicinal plants and good field collection practice.
  • To make them learn in situ (conservation of plants in their natural habitat outside the native habitat) and ex situ conservation (like seed storage, DNA storage, pollen storage, invitro conservation, field gene banks and botanical gardens etc.
  • To benefit the rural population;
  • Benefit the poor and marginalized sections of society; to help villagers to be entrepreneurs ; to stop migration of villagers from village to town and thereby assisting government in fulfilling its much desired goal;
  • To improve the health and education sector through imparting them technical and professional training and thus enable them to be skilled workers

Mission

To empower and educate the underprivileged section of the society by enhancing their basic skills, and thereby facilitate them to join the mainstream.

To incorporate tested delivery models across the country with the aim to engage the targeted population with the support of its nationwide team of committed and dedicated workforce, which would fuel the process of the planned development impact.

To perform the role of a catalyst by  transforming  lives of the marginalized population of the country through integrating them in the mainstream and create a secured space for them, the space which has been denied to them even after independence.
