In spite of incredible advancement in medical science, World Health Organization admits that the new advancement in the field of technology has not reached to the every door of the world. Hence in 1998 itself, it incorporated a new global health policy, “Health for All in the 21^st century”. Modern Medical Science is finding itself difficult to reach everyone.
